Armando Miano


I am an Assistant Professor (Assegnista di Ricerca) in the Department of Economics and Statistics at the University of Naples Federico II and CSEF. Previously, I was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Institute for Employment Research (IAB)

I received my Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University in May 2023. I also hold a B.S. and M.Sc. in Economic and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.

My research interests are in Public Economics, Labor Economics, and Political Economy. In my research, I use large-scale surveys and experiments to study how peoples' perceptions and expectations shape their behaviors and their attitudes towards public policies.
